C5 Software Technical Support - Live Remote Assistance
C5 Technical Support is offered to actively licensed users of our software.  Support hours are weekdays, 9am to 6pm Eastern time.  This page give you access to our live remote assistance utility which allows our technicians to access your computer using our internet support tools. 

In order to use this tool you must be provided with an access code.  This code is provided only after we have had the opportunity to confirm your license status.  To receive your code, please call C5 Technical Support at 863-577-1192 and then enter option #1.

There is no charge for this service if you are an active Comfort Commando Participant, or have been licensed to use the C5 ComfortWare Professional software for less than 1 year.  For all other support requests there may be a fee required for this service.  The C5 Support representative will confirm your status and explain any support fee options for you when you call in for your access code.

CLICK HERE and send us an email explaining your situation.  Be sure to include contact information (phone number,times you are available).  If and when a support representative is available, you will be contacted.  HOWEVER, there is no promise or guarantee of after-hours availability.  At the latest, you will be contacted first thing on the next business day.
How It Works:
    Step 1:  Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed back to this page after your support representative provides you with a unique connection code. You will then enter the code in the field below and click the Click Here button to initiate the screen-sharing session.
Step 2:  You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.
Step 3:  With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
Step 4:  You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
